I've earned a BS in Computer Science, an MS in Information Systems, and have been working in technical support and software development for the past 12 years.

Set-up & Installation: I'll prepare your equipment and programs, including connecting hardware, loading software, and selecting the appropriate configuration options for
you. Installation of memory (RAM), hard drives, disk drives, video cards, and other components is also available.
Troubleshooting & Maintenance: Diagnosis and resolution of problems, including virus/malicious software removal. Backup, transfer, and organization of data. Software &
operating system updates.
